Patrick
E. Kapsner |
Patrick Kapsner is the Chief
Executive Officer of Bristol Park Medical Group, where he is
responsible for strategic development and establishing policy
on all non-medical issues. Bristol Park Medical Group has approximately
85 primary care providers serving more than 120,000 capitated
patients in 11 locations throughout the coastal portions of
Orange County. Mr. Kapsner currently serves on the Board of
Directors and Executive Committee of the California Association
of Physician Groups. He is Past Chairman of the Healthcare Association
of Southern California and California Association of Physician
Organizations, as well as Past President of the Medical Group
Management Association Western Section, Orange County Medical
Group Management Association, Unified Medical Group Association
and American Medical Group Association. He is a Fellow in the
American College of Medical Practice Executives. Mr. Kapsner
holds a master's degree in Public Administration from the University
of Southern California, and is an Adjunct Associate Professor
in the University's Health Administration Program. He serves
on USC's Health Advisory Board and is Past Chairman of the Master
of Health Administration Residency Advisory Committee. |

Steve Sunshine

Real Estate Development, Construction and Project Finance
|
Mr. Sunshine’s practice focuses
exclusively on real estate and transactional law. He represents
real estate developers/owners and institutional lenders. During
the early years of his practice, he was a trial lawyer specializing
in real estate and commercial litigation and has served as lead
trial counsel in more than 50 trials, including trials in United
States Federal Court, California Superior Court and California
Municipal Court. Mr. Sunshine has been involved with retail,
office and industrial real estate development in transactions
involving more than $500 million. He is experienced in purchase
and sale agreements, escrow instructions, title insurance issues,
construction contracts and loan documentation review and negotiation.
Mr. Sunshine has negotiated and drafted more than 200 leases
involving more than 500,000 square feet of space. His experience
in leasing includes high-rise office building leases, industrial
buildings and retail space, restaurants
and movie theaters. Mr. Sunshine has represented both borrowers
and institutional lenders in the negotiation and drafting of
construction and permanent real estate secured loans. Mr. Sunshine
